Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision and Execution : Develop and implement a growth-focused strategy for market expansion including market analysis, opportunity assessment, and business development initiatives.
• Client and Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, government agencies, and regulatory bodies across Southeast Asia.
• Leadership and Team Development : Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client excellence.
• Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure financial health and profitability; set financial goals aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Market Intelligence and Industry Knowledge : Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies; translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Operational Excellence : Drive operational efficiency and scalability across all consulting projects and ensure the quality of services delivered aligns with client expectations.
• Sustainability and Compliance : Advocate for sustainable business practices, ensure compliance with industry standards, and uphold ethical practices within the firm and in engagements with clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the trading or construction industry or a related field, with a focus on business development, strategy, or operations.
• Proven track record in executive leadership roles, with experience in managing P&L, developing market strategies, and leading organizational change.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth, achieve targets, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
