Order Fulfilment & General Admin Specialist

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the account sales team on the entire order fulfilment process from local quotation, configuration, booking, shipment, and revenue recognition.
- Responsible for supporting sales on sales’ activities based on product configuration order fulfilment related sales and policies.
- Support for all company’s products in designated account.
- Provide slotting and configuration support including submitting slot/configuration change CTL, NSR follow up, SAP quotation update, POA review, etc.
- General AT reports including weekly BSR report, BOBJ shipment report, outstanding PO tools report, reports to support for bi-weekly meeting, ACU report, etc.
- Provide necessary support to complete tool shipment including resolution of shipping document issues.
- Support quarter-end closure, ensure that all documentation is accounted for revenue recognition.
- Facilitate region inputs and ideas to improve OF process and tract progress with Sales Ops.
- Provide SAP/NSR training to AT as required.
- Responsible or key related KPIs (ILT changes, configuration accuracy, SRD stability). Disciplined milestone management that delivers on-time tool shipment with quality (slot request, NSR submission timeline, on-time PO submission).
General office administrative support:
- Handling general correspondence, including phone enquiries and postal mail.
- Manage office cleaning contracts and janitors’ day-to-day work schedules.
- Manage and procurement of office supplies, cleanroom supplies, pantry supplies, customer year-end gifts and equipment are properly maintained.
- Employees support such as business cards, name plates and corporate telco subscription enquiries. Support the Business Operations Director during Qx R cycles on GA Op Ex forecast.
Qualification and Experience:
- Nitec in Business Administration, Degree in Business Administration or similar degree.
- 5 years’ relevant experience in order fulfilment, relevant to semiconductor industry.
- Experience in office administration and contractor management is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge with MS Office Suite especially with MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Familiar with SAP experience is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal relations skill.
- Independent and can multi-task. Meticulous with good organizing skill.
