Customer Support Specialist (Sales Support Executive/ Order Fulfilment/ Sales Coordinator/ Customer Service)

Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider.
Responsibilities:

• update customer shipment plan upon internal review acceptance.
• update customer PO into system with approved quotation and costing sheet.
• Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts for the assigned accounts.
• Ensure timely Sales Order update and delivery commitment to customers.
• Ensure on-time delivery vs shipment schedule.
• Serves as the point of contact for the assigned customer management matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management/ Manufacturing or Engineering
• Min 2 years experience in program management preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, good communication skills (verbal and written)
Possess good planning skills, cross-group coordination at all levels
