As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company’s operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s business strategy in alignment with organizational goals and market trends. Lead the planning and execution of key business initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across all departments. Implement process improvements where needed.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Work with the finance team to ensure profitability and financial health.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and results. Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
- Business Development & Client Relations: Cultivate relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance business opportunities. Represent the company in negotiations, presentations, and external events.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company operates in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company’s interests.
- Reporting & Performance Metrics: Regularly report to the executive team on business performance, progress on strategic objectives, and any areas for improvement or additional focus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager, Managing Director, or similar position. Experience in similar industry is a plus.
- Strong track record of successfully managing and scaling offshore businesses in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and financial literacy.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex projects effectively.
- Experience in managing budgets, setting financial goals, and driving profitability.
- Hands-on, results-driven approach with the ability to lead by example.
