Your Role:
As a Graphic Designer at Star Media, you’ll be an essential part of our creative team, turning ideas into visually stunning designs that communicate our clients' brand messages.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating Visual Assets: Design graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials.

• Driving Innovation: Translate design briefs into creative and engaging visual solutions that align with client goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and event teams to ensure designs reflect the brand's message and resonate with the target audience.

• Managing Design Process: From concept development to final delivery, manage multiple projects while ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure all design specifications are met and artwork is optimized for both print and digital production.

• Concept Articulation and Copywriting: Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and concepts in written form, providing design rationales to support creative designs while contributing to copywriting efforts by crafting compelling content that complements visual designs

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in graphic design or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.

• Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think creatively and develop visually compelling solutions for different media.

• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a passion for working in a team environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in creating production-ready artwork.

• Communication Skills: Strong visual, written, and oral communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
