Job Description of Sales Coordinator/Supporter
Responsibilities:

Arranging logistics and deliveries of goods to customers.
Coordinating sales orders and provide necessary support to our sales managers and representatives; including liaising with suppliers and scheduling delivery timings.
Answering of phone calls when customers call in, giving information to customers regarding FG’s products
Creating invoices and delivery orders
Providing assistance to management team members and executives as required.
Vectorizing images and creating soft copy mock ups of items for customers to approve.

Requirements:

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and other general common computer programs.
Proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator (and preferably also Photoshop)
Reasonably proficient in English and Chinese.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible and hardworking, with a keen willingness to learn and a good attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
