- Manage all food safety & halal matters
- Ensure activities strictly adhere to Halal standards and regulations, including the sourcing of Halal-certified products and services
- Liaise with various stakeholders within the company to ensure products are handled in compliance to food safety and Halal standards
- Manage and maintain all Halal files to ensure up to date compliances
- Conduct regular audit checks in our F&B outlets to ensure cleanliness and compliances to regulations
- Managing the renewal of our food licenses
- Certification in Food Safety & Halal compliance is a plus
- Good command of English (written and spoken) & communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Good team player and self-motivated.
- Require to travel around our F&B outlets in Singapore
