You will be a valued member of our Corporate Sales team, being a crucial point-of-contact for the team with our corporate customers in the Global market. This role requires strong interpersonal, strategic, and analysis skills, allowing our brand to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients while delivering world-class service to match the product.
Our Corporate Sales team represents our brand to all corporate clients as Secretlab continues to grow its reach through internal and collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Partnerships (Outbound)
  • Take ownership of all corporate sales and commercial partnerships targets
  • Prospect and secure new bulk sales opportunities, targeting potential clients aligned with our commercial sales objectives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for prospecting new commercial partnerships in line with our B2B objectives
  • Identify, evaluate and nurture new sales & partnership opportunities that align with our business goals
  • Lead negotiations with potential new clients/partners, establishing mutually beneficial agreements, and collaborating with relevant teams to finalise contractual arrangements
Functional Leadership
  • Collaboratively lead in the training and development of the Sales & Sales Operations teams to enhance collective skills, productivity, and overall performance, and ensuring alignment with B2B objectives
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Contribute to the planning and development of the overall team strategy
Requirements
  • You should be a proven Corporate Sales leader, preferably in the Office Furniture space.
  • You possess a strong track record of building and maintaining a strong network of relevant clients.
  • How do we get Secretlab chairs into more offices, educational institutions, and government agencies?” – the question should excite you, and your answers should excite us.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful partnership outcomes and delivering against revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational management abilities
  • Awareness of industry trends and best practices in B2B partnership development
