Hiring: Full Time Swimming Coach

Swim Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing swim programs for participants of various ages and skill levels. This role requires a passion for swimming, a strong understanding of aquatic techniques, and the ability to motivate and educate students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging swim lessons for individuals and groups, focusing on skill development, technique improvement, and water safety.
- Assess the swimming abilities of students and tailor training programs to meet their specific needs and goals.
- Foster a positive and safe learning environment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during swim sessions.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to provide feedback on progress and address any concerns.
- Organize and lead swim practices, drills, and conditioning sessions.
- Monitor student progress and adjust training methods accordingly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of swim programs and events. Stay current with the latest swim coaching techniques, trends, and safety practices.
Qualifications:
- Able to swim Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke
- Open to non certified swim teachers Coaching candidates seeking a higher salary must possess relevant certifications and substantial experience.
Commitments:
- Swimming instructor Certification provided after 2 years commitment with the school
