We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate should excel in recruiting top talent, especially for consumer product industry and startups, and have a strong business mindset to support our rapidly growing startup. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with our company’s vision and goals. Adaptability, initiative, and hands-on experience in HR are essential.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate should excel in recruiting top talent, especially for consumer product industry and startups, and have a strong business mindset to support our rapidly growing startup. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with our company’s vision and goals. Adaptability, initiative, and hands-on experience in HR are essential.
You will also be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on finding the best talent. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract suitable candidates.
- HR Strategy & Operations: Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers on employment-related matters.
- Performance Management: Manage performance review cycles and assist managers in addressing performance issues, developing growth plans, and ensuring continuous feedback.
- Adaptability to Startup Culture: Embrace and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. Bring innovative solutions to HR challenges and help build a strong company culture.
- Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to the business, contributing to decision-making and providing insights on people-related matters to support retail operations and overall business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably within retail or a fast-growing startup environment.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on finding the right fit for retail roles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing environments.
