RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as Human Resources generalist and strategic business partner for all HR topics in Singapore.
- Align and support HR activities as initiated by the site management or Head of HR.
- Ensure cooperation & planning of resources of his responsibility and work with talent acquisition team to ensure timely staffing of vacant positions across all functions with competent individuals capable of adding value through functional/technical contributions.
- Constant review of current HR policies and benefits in Singapore and propose implementation as appropriate.
- Work with Regional C&B on the administration of the compensation process for employees in the country to be in line with the Region’s compensation philosophy.
- Provide appropriate counsel and guidance to employees in all levels regarding HR matters.
- Manage employee relation issues and serve as advocate for both employer and employee.
- Lead development and implementation of employee performance development plans.
- Benchmark our HR systems and conditions with peers.
- Perform administrative work as required to maintain updated records for reference.
- Support investigation of any compliance or disciplinary cases with HR legal.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred: Degree with specialization in HR.
- At least 5 years’ experience working with senior management / influencing position/ HR related role
- Ability to influence people with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good team player with positive working attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Demonstrated high proficiency in a broad array of HR functional competencies
- Ability to manage competing priorities, leveraging strong project management skills
- Driving and leading change initiatives
