What you'll do:

Assist in media planning and campaign set-up. Potential channels you will be exposed to: paid display, social (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok), and app marketing (including App Store Optimisation).
Use data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Design and implement creative tests. Includes possibility of experimenting with generative AI tools.
Act as a trusted advisor on the Gen Z/Alpha audience, leading the creation of advertising playbooks & influencing the way we market to the new generation.

What you'll need:

Studying a degree / diploma in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
A start-up attitude - highly proactive and collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required
Basic proficiency with data analysis tools (Gsheet/GAnalytics/Excel) with a creative flair
A plus if you have hands-on experience with Tik Tok Ads/Meta Ads/ any other paid marketing channels
