Job Description
Reporting to the Business Planning Manager/Lead, the Business Planning Executive will be part of the planning and development team to drive the business outcomes of FBM.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup of new kiosks/stalls
- Coordinate group orders (receiving orders, fulfilling orders, billing)
- Submit monthly staff incentives
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and record meeting minutes
- Coordinate food tasting, product launches, promotions
- Handle department billing and inventory control
- Maintain masterlists (cost centers, headcount, pricing, sloc, etc)
- Execute day-to-day administrative functions and clerical duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self driven, able to multitask, organized and meticulous
- Sensitive to market trends
- Well versed in GSuite applications and SAP
- Prior experience in the F&B / retail / service industry preferred
