Job Title: Project Manager Payments & Cash Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager/Program Lead/Initiative Lead with a solid background in Transaction Banking and Payments delivery programs. The ideal candidate will excel in managing largescale projects, leading multiple related streams, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role involves overseeing the successful planning, budgeting, staffing, and execution of complex delivery programs, with a specific focus on Payments & Cash Management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage large payment HUB implementation programs for leading banks, ensuring the successful delivery of key segments.
· Oversee project planning, budget management, organizational structure, scheduling, and staffing for the delivery organization.
· Translate complex client business requirements into formal agreements, aligning project deliverables with client objectives.
· Deliver outcome-based programs with strict KPIs, ensuring customer acceptance and satisfaction.
· Establish specific solutions, applications, or processes that meet client needs, culminating in client approval of results.
· Collaborate closely with client executives and team members to identify business requirements and lead the project through its initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing phases.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and operational adherence.
· Manage the full range of process activities, from request for proposal through development and final delivery, including Build Projects, Package Implementation, or Managed Services.
Qualifications:
· 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Lead, or Initiative Lead roles within the Transaction Banking and Payments domain.
· Hands-on experience in Payments & Cash Management.
· Proven track record in delivering largescale payment HUB implementations.
· Strong understanding of client business requirements with the ability to translate them into successful project outcomes.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
· Experience collaborating with client executives and team members to achieve desired business results.
Preferred Skills:
· PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
· Experience with outcome-based delivery programs.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in end-to-end delivery management of IT programs, preferably involving multi country implementations.
· Exposure to payments domain technologies such as SWIFT, ISO20022, MEPS+, etc.
· Experience in handling large teams and managing multiple stakeholders in a banking environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $8,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
