Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations Associate to join our team. This role is key in supporting the ongoing tech operations of our company, focusing on the maintenance, stability, and smooth functioning across our services. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily management and maintenance of our tech infrastructure, ensuring timely resolutions of technical issues, and supporting the continuous improvement of our app / website / webapp to deliver a seamless user experience.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily management and maintenance of our tech infrastructure, ensuring timely resolutions of technical issues, and supporting the continuous improvement of our app / website / webapp to deliver a seamless user experience.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and performance of the Aunty app, including troubleshooting issues, managing updates, and implementing bug fixes.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues from the team and external users
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and key user activities to identify potential issues, prevent downtime, and enhance system reliability.
- Maintain detailed documentation of app configurations, updates, troubleshooting processes, and FAQs to improve support efficiency.
- Work closely with our development partner to coordinate updates, changes, and new feature implementations while ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
- Conduct regular testing for app functionality, performance, and user experience to identify and address potential issues before deployment.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify and implement improvements that enhance the app's functionality and usability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, app maintenance, or technical support, preferably with a focus on mobile applications.
- Basic knowledge of database management, cybersecurity, and data privacy protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
