Junior DevOps Engineer (Blockchain)

Who we are:
Automata Network (https://ata.network) is a modular attestation layer that extends machine-level trust to Ethereum by leveraging optimistic rollups and zero-knowledge proofs in its Proof of Machinehood approach. The application-specific rollup allows on-chain verification for out-of-protocol computation, which creates an unbroken chain of trust that extends upwards through the entire Web3 stack.
Established in 2019, Automata Network is also a part of Substrate Builders Program, Web3 Foundation Grants Program, Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator, as well as industry organizations including Rust Foundation, and League of Entropy. The project has also secured multi-million funding support from top investors in early 2021.
We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Dev Ops Engineer who can build Dapps with a product mindset. You are expected to work closely with the core team members to build user-friendly interfaces. We are based in Singapore but remote working can be considered. Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing various development, testing, monitoring, automation tool and infrastructure
- Designing and provisioning CI/CD workflows to allow for quick and easy staging and testing for developers.
- Automating existing workflows for testing / deployment.
- Analysing, monitoring, configuring and maintaining existing systems and identifying room for improvements.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs together with developers
- Ensuring the availability and security of existing systems.
- Ensuring appropriate disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Create technical specifications and documentation
- Mentor other engineers and help build a fast-growing team.
- Experience with cloud environments (Preferably AWS and Azure)
- Have experience with system and container orchestration tools (e.g: Terraform, Docker, and preferably with Kubernetes)
- Have experience with logging monitoring services (e.g Grafana, Prometheus)
- Highly proficient with a solid understanding of the Linux operating system
- Proficient with a scripting language (e.g: Python, Perl, bash, shell)
- Experience with building, deploying and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable with leading and supporting a small team
- Familiarity with open-source development and collaborations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fast learner on new technologies
- Able to pick up new technologies quickly
