Junior FP&A Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
-
Assist in gathering financial data for reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as analyzing business and product performance to identify key financial drivers.

Support annual budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with business units, analyzing profitability, and preparing projections on revenue, expenses, and cash flow.

Contribute to financial modeling for long-term growth projections and business analysis, providing competitor and market analysis to inform leadership on performance metrics.

Conduct cost analysis and review operational efficiency to identify potential cost savings, offering insights and commentary on cost center results.

Collaborate with leadership on developing mid- to long-term financial and strategic plans, preparing business cases for new investments and strategic decisions.

Enhance business reporting and insights through BI tools, process evaluations, and improvements, while identifying opportunities for optimization within key performance indicators.

Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations, supporting audit preparations and responses as needed.
YOUR COMPETENCIES:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-
Minimum of two years in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support.
-
Proficient in financial modeling, MS Excel, and other relevant financial software; SAP experience is an advantage; Familiar with BI tools for decision-making insights and knowledgeable in IFRS, SFRS, IRAS, and statutory guidelines.

Skilled in financial analysis, including financial ratios and gap analysis, with a strategic mindset for long-term planning.

Experienced in supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, with knowledge of profit and cost center analysis.

Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex information to diverse stakeholders; proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying and addressing financial challenges effectively.

Fluent in English.
