Your new company

The company is a leading global financial service firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. The firm's employee serve clients worldwide including corporations, governments, and individual from more than 1,200 offices in 43 countries

Your new role

To support Trust Officers in day to day administration of the trust and corporate structures, including preparing the paperwork for the processing of requests from trust related parties; revocations; distributions; opening of new bank accounts; investment related matters; maintaining of records in our database; liaising with compliance officers to resolve any deficiencies identified in the course of administration of the trust and corporate structures to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements; liaising with registered agents for our corporate structures; attending to enquiries from client advisors and wealth planners, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

Meticulous individual with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
Involves paperwork, filing, and administrative tasks, with a focus on data entry into the system.
Open to fresh graduates with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
