JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the items are entered into company ERP system, uploading customer documents / shipping documents and hand over the instruments to relevant labs.
- Storage Management - Arranging physical movement of items before handing over to labs / Third Party / Customer.
- Upload signed certificate into company ERP system and generating delivery notes to customer.
- Matching delivery notes with equipment and prepare schedule for delivery.
- Ensure customer / third party delivery notes are scanned into company ERP system and maintain proper filling.
- Ad Hoc jobs as assigned by line manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Basic Computer Literacy
- Able to perform work individually without supervision and as a team player
