Responsibilities
- Learning all aspects of company’s businesses and to acquire skills needed to assume a management position.
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and operational support in day-to-day business’s Operations.
- Develop and review project plans, track issues, facilitate and coordinate with various team members effectively.
- Route Management – Well verse in Singapore Road Directory in order to plan efficiently for daily deliveries. (Training will be provided)
- Learn the management viewpoints, company policies and best practices through assignments.
- Study existing work flow to improve on processes and procedures to enhance overall organisational efficiency.
- Manage and evaluate daily operations including liaising with internal staffs, contractors.
- Developing, coaching and disciplining staffs.
- Managing daily delivery KPI’s to ensure that Company's targets are met.
- Ensuring Health and Safety Security requirement are met
- Ensure SOP’s requirements and procedures are understood, implemented and compiled by all staffs and external contractors.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Work Location: Cendex Centre, Lower Delta Road
- Min Diploma holder in any fields
- No experience required as on-job training will be provided
- Self-motivated & results oriented with a good learning attitude
- Able to take challenges and be a Problem Solver
- Class 3 driving License
- Proficient in MS Excel, with advance knowledge in Excel an advantage eg: Pivot table
