Your tasks

• Establish and implement good and efficient logistics and warehouse practice and processes.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of logistics operation meet committed TAT and quality objectives
• Liasing closely with freight company to ensure smooth import and export processes
• Liaising and monitor warehouse performance
• Handling customer enquiries, complaints and requirements
• Develop or maintain freight rate database to define the most economical modes of transportation
• Handling export control application
• Solving customer's shipping issue
• Ensure traceability of work to ISO Standards and customs requirement

Your qualifications

• Diploma/ITE in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields with min. 3 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge on import and export requirements and regulations
• Familiar with SAP
• Strong Service Mindset, Culture & Qualities
• Good Interpersonal & Communication Skill
• Familiar with ISO9001 standard
