- Position Title: Logistics & Site Coordinator
- Working Location: Jurong Port
- Working Hours: Mon – Sat, 8 am - 5 pm (Irregular work hours depending on schedule)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Distribute workforce and equipment to ensure smooth operations for unloading barges and vessels.
- Monitor the daily procedures for the arrival and departure timings of barges and vessels.
- Engage with port authorities to guarantee efficient operation and collaboration.
- Conduct daily documentation and report on logistics activities for barges and vessels.
- Monitor warehouse inventory ensuring optimal supply of goods for delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with the truck teams to secure transportation of company goods.
- Manage and ensure the safety of our workforce at work.
- Ensure that all machinery and equipment are consistently ready and operational.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, adapting to the port operations' 24/7 schedule.
- Other ad hoc duties at worksites if required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination.
- Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- With a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred (Company vehicle provided for work use).
