- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the corporate brand and individual brand objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with mainstream and digital media, ensuring proactive and positive media coverage.
- Craft and pitch compelling stories that highlight Busy Bees Asia’s mission, values, and achievements.
- Oversee external communications with partners, sponsors, and parents, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to align PR strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Manage crisis communications and act as a spokesperson for the organisation when necessary.
- Monitor media trends and provide insights to adapt and innovate our communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in PR/Communications, with a preference for candidates with PR agency experience.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
- Extensive network of media contacts across mainstream and digital/social media.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging and impactful stories.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
