Manager, Partnerships

You will be part of the International Business Division (IBD) in the company to help Singapore companies Learn, Land and Localise overseas.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing partnerships and alliances strategies to grow revenue
- Identifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areas
- Presenting and pitching to partners, preparing timely and accurate partnership proposals
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships
- Negotiating and drafting partnership agreements and contracts
- Managing and nurturing partner relationships
- Managing partnership database and reporting on partnership performance
- Developing joint marketing and promotional activities with partners
- Conceptualising, planning and executing events with partners
- Identifying and addressing partnership challenges and issues
- Develop consistent and quality customer experience
- Collaborating with other market teams to develop new products/programmes
- Staying updated with industry trends and partnership developments
- Provide support to the company's Management on any other tasks assigned
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (business-related, communications and data analytics degrees preferred)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Possess strong business and partnership development skills
- Excellent in influencing decision and negotiating contract terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented and highly organised, effectively numerate
- Highly goal-oriented, hands-on and enjoys problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; including ability and experience in engaging both internal and external stakeholders to deliver a strong customer experience
- Self-motivated and positive attitude, excellent work ethic and a team player
Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
