Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Risk Management and Governance including the adequacy and effectiveness of controls for Energy & Commercial Business Unit
• Preparation of Monthly Commodity Reports & Monitoring of Market risk Limits across Steam / Gas / Power
  
• Evaluate hedging strategies employed by commercial team, pricing exposures, P&L generated and the key drivers of value generation.
  
• Monitoring Risk Assessment and Control Effectiveness for Energy & Commercial and Reporting summary outcomes as part of quarterly IAF reporting for E&C
  
• Lead ad-hoc projects and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree qualified in Business, Finance or Accounting. At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience and technical knowledge and experience in managing commodity risk exposure including.
• Daily measurement, monitoring, control and reporting of market risk, with relevant understanding of the risk drivers, attribution analysis and monitoring of limits for timely escalation.
• Provide consulting advice on potential revenue / supply contracts.
• Support Counterparty Risk Assessment and Monitoring of Credit Risk Limits
• Building Trust and Collaborating positively with stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives
