• Support the development and execution of Lloyd’s Asia’s Market Development strategy.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives such as engaging new entrants and facilitating market engagement with prospective capital providers in Singapore.

• Support the Market Development Manager in achieving Stakeholder Relationship Management priorities.
• Foster collaboration between Corporation and market through support for Lloyd’s Asia Development Groups (class of business panels) and the Lloyd’s Asia CEO Forum.
• Develop relationships with insurance Associations, Risk Manager Associations, and other relevant bodies in Singapore and APMEA to share expertise and enhance local market knowledge of Lloyd’s.

• Manage Lloyd’s Asia’s events programme, organise and oversee both onsite and virtual events in alignment with annual business plans and budgets. This includes comprehensive event management, from venue sourcing and supplier liaison to programme development, staging, promotion (including social media), speaker coordination, market participation, invitations, RSVPs, and evaluation.
• Host events onsite or virtually, managing event-related suppliers to ensure consistent standards. This involves overseeing venue sourcing, exhibition stand production, and procurement of printed materials and corporate gifts. Coordinate cost guidelines, pricing agreements, and SLAs to stay within budget and track all costs effectively.
• Oversee event evaluations to analyse metrics such as attendance, feedback, satisfaction, and cost per head. Provide senior stakeholder reports and market communications to drive continuous improvement aligned with corporate objectives.

• Proficient in analysis, research, and effective presentation delivery.
• Highly skilled in IT for data management, analysis, and interpretation.
• Experienced in project management and organisation, with a solid understanding of the Lloyd’s market.
• Capable of independently managing complex projects and stakeholders, with a strong focus on relationship building.

• Sound understanding of the Lloyd’s market and commercial (re)insurance.
• Knowledgeable in event management best practices and supplier landscape.
• Demonstrated experience in leading high-quality events across various formats and jurisdictions.

• Advantageous to have distribution, broking, or underwriting experience.
• Exposure to global insurance markets is beneficial.
