BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven Marketing & Communications Specialist, Singapore to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.

Job responsibilities

Your role will be responsible for developing an effective Media plan with particular focus on Digital, Influencer relationship management and securing high visibility for the brand in key media platforms.

In this role your duties will include:
MEDIA STRATEGY & PLANNING:

• Manage Media Agency to ensure prompt and timely deliverables
• Strategize with Media Agency for efficient use of Media Investments to ensure maximum Brand Amplification in Singapore – Traditional Media, Digital & Social (Influencer, Utube, FB) platforms
• Develop Performance Oriented Digital Strategy that drives relevant traffic online
• Website: Repeat Visits to Bvlgari’s Site, Extended Time Spent on Site
• Ecommerce: Digital Buys that lead to Conversion (Online Sales)

PR & INFLUENCER STRATEGY:

• Manage & Maintain Good relationships with Press to ensure strong editorial coverage
• Develop consistent PR strategy that complements Media Plan
• Motivate & Manage PR Agency to deliver High Visibility in 3 categories: For example-
• #1 Position for Jewelry
• #7 Position for Watches
• #5 Position for Accessories

• Develop Clear Influencer Strategy (Media Trips / PR Seeding/ Gifting) for Singapore to maximize Brand buzz on Social platforms
• Co-develop content with existing Influencers / “New Faces”
• Negotiate & Manage relationships

BUGDET MANAGEMENT:

• Ensure efficient use of A&P Budgets for Media, PR & Influencer related activities
• Timely, Clear Tracking & monitoring for related lines
• Assist in managing Regional Marketing Director in budget management for the region

Profile

About YOU:
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years’ experience in related field/industry
• Familiarity of fashion/luxury brand environment
• Agility in reacting to market changes and development
• A team player with positive energy and influence, excels at managing multiple stakeholders within tight timelines
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to details
• High proficient in MS excel /Power Point
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
