As a regional provider for integrated healthcare services in Singapore, Malaysia and China, the Group incorporates a chain of medicare centres and nursing homes, hospital services, a careskill training centre, a chain of senior services centres, home care services, physiotherapy services and traditional Chinese medicine services. The Group also provides consultancy for the development and management of retirement living communities.
DESIGNATION : Marketing Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and create high-engagement content for communication channels e.g. email, website, social media that reflects our brand's voice
- Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts and manage multiple projects with short deadlines
- Create compelling marketing copy for various campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing content using metrics and KPIs, and use insights to refine and improve future content strategies
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that support broader marketing initiatives and objectives
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of materials aligned with key business goals
- Proactive and willing to learn; having a positive and pleasant deposition. Able to work independently as well as a good team player in a fast-paced work environment
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in corporate communications in the healthcare industry or any non-profit healthcare sectors
- Possess quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- An excellent communicator and writer; experience with media/public relations is a plus
- Equally comfortable being executing hands-on and leading internal and external teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma
