Job Type: Full-Time/Contract
As a Marketing Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in both marketing and sales functions. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to support initiatives that drive revenue and enhance customer engagement.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience eager to develop their careers in marketing and sales.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales materials and presentations.
- Help manage social media and digital marketing efforts to generate leads.
- Support lead generation activities through email marketing and promotional events.
- Assist in coordinating sales events and customer outreach initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights on marketing and sales strategies.
- Local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and sales, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
