M&E Coordinator/BIM Modeller

- Diploma or degree certificate in relevant discipline (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a BIM Modeler/drafter in Singapore construction is required for this position
- Must be proficient in BIM, Revit, Auto Cad & MS Office
- Having a Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) in M&E is an advantage
- Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent, and technologically forward-looking
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyze issues and creatively identify solutions
- Independent, meticulous, and demonstrates initiative
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Experience and knowledge of M&E services, lighting & ducting systems
- Able to read & interpret project specifications/drawings/models
- Able to liaise and communicate effectively with people/teamplayer
- Active, hardworking, and grateful person
- Produce shop drawings & as-built drawings using BIM modeling creating & managing BIM models
- Update and coordinate the BIM model throughout the project.
- Perform interference/clash checking within your model against other disciplines
- To deliver all the drawings on time with accuracy
- Responsible for the CAD drafting and modeling of Electrical Systems, Piping, ACMV, HVAC
- Create and modify existing engineering designs and models
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project team members
- Ensure drawing and design meet projects/tenders deadline
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Clients and Consultants on design, construction, and submission aspects of projects
- Interpretation of quantity take-off (measurement) for all M&E Services
- Tender documentation, administering tender process; analysis, and assessment
- Cost estimation of M&E system/services
- Capturing variation orders for projects
- Review M&E drawings and check drawing discrepancies
- Prepare tender quantities that involve quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials, and labor costing (3M)
- Provide professional advice/technical solutions to clients and consultants when required;
- Review and align Electrical design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
