Human Resource Assistant

-Assist HR Manager & HR Executive with all HR-related works
-Update, maintain, and organize HR Records and Filing System
-Work with the HR Team (Singapore & Overseas-remote working)
-Work for and with different Business Units and their BU Heads/Directors, Project Managers & Site Personnel
-Organize company events/team bonding activities
Job Requirements
-Diploma/ITE/A/O'Level
-2+ years of working experience in human resources
-Good communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and a team player
-Familiarity with HR software (Whyze HR) and working knowledge of MS Office
-Understanding of HR laws and requirements (e.g. Employment Act, EFMA, CPF Act, WSH Act, Fair Consideration Framework, Tripartite Standards, PDPA, etc) is an advantage
-Detail-oriented, organizational nature, self-motivated, independent, active, hardworking, and grateful person
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
