Job Description

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records
• Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers.
• Monitoring personal files and HRIS records are updated timely and accurately.
• Administer Leave, deductions & claims for workers.
• Apply and coordinate training programs.
• Perform monthly payroll.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other related courses of studies or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of similar HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in HRIS system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and MS Power Point.
• Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.
