- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to lawyers, including conducting searches, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements and fetching mails/deliveries. The office size is < 5 pax.
- Document Support: Proofread, format, print and store MS Office files.
- Management Support : Liaise with internal and third-party providers in relation to accounting, legal, HR and IT.
- Office Supply: Keep abreast of office supplies inventory, order supplies and ensure office equipments are ready for use.
- Client Greeting: Handle inquiries via phone, greet visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Tertiary education diploma or above.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Korean is a plus but not a must.
