We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, APAC FX and Rate Middle Office Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 – C10) based in Singapore. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and
• Trading specifically related to FX, Option and Rates businesses in Hub locations - Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore
• Supporting lifecycle activities – Fixing, Expiry, Allocation,
• Amendment/Cancellation, Novation, Compression and interaction with
• Business, Firm’s Clients, Operations and Technology to manage post execution issue
• Perform control functions based on intermediary processing systems and records
• Complete daily tasks accurately and on time
• Ensure the desk is in compliant with internal and external regulations at all times
• Manage, escalate and resolve all requests / inquiries / issues / errors and identify policy gaps
• Willingness to cross train across functions
• Assist Team Lead in all their duties as required
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• The candidate will be expected to support Australia time zone coverage on rotational basis
• Hybrid working model with 3 days working in office

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 2-3 years relevant experience preferred
• Fundamental understanding of FX, Option and Rates products, trade lifecycle management, and related operational risks
• Team oriented personality, thrives in a team environment and can also work independently
• Self-motivation, flexibility, and a strong desire to succeed
• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a fast pace environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
