Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from parents with enquiries on fees and centre related matters
- Liaise with departments or centres to answer the parents' enquiries
- Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
- Maintain accuracy of data
- Ensure achievement of deadlines within the required timeframe
- Deliver any other tasks as assigned
- Minimum "O" Level holder
- At least 1-2 years experience in contact centre environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices would be an advantage
