Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Open Text Developer with hands-on experience in developing and managing Open Text solutions to support our organization’s content management needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Archive Center, Content Server, x ECM, and related integration and migration activities. This role involves working with various teams to ensure seamless data flow and delivering custom solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Report and Script Development : Develop web reports, Live Reports, and OS scripts to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.

Installation and Configuration :
- Install and configure Archive Center, Content Server, and x ECM components.
- Configure Smart UI to enhance user experience and streamline processes.

Implementation and Integration :
- Implement and configure Open Text Archive Center, Content Server, and x ECM solutions according to business requirements.
- Manage the integration between Archive Center, Content Server, x ECM, SAP, and Microsoft 365 for seamless data interoperability.

Content Migration :
- Conduct content migration activities, ensuring data integrity and completeness across Archive Center and Content Server.

Custom Solutions Development :
- Design and develop custom workflows and solutions within Archive Center, Content Server, and x ECM to meet evolving business needs.

Records Management :
- Apply knowledge of records and physical records management to maintain compliance and data organization standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Open Text development, specifically with Archive Center, Content Server, and x ECM.
- Proven expertise in Smart UI configuration and OS script coding.
- Strong background in content migration with an emphasis on data integrity.
- Experience in integrating Open Text solutions with SAP, Microsoft 365, and other platforms.
- Knowledge of records management best practices, including physical records management.
