What you will be responsible for as a Service Delivery Associate:
- You will be the key contact for our clients regarding production support and help manage the relationship.
- Provide support for resolving problems and issues which occur in applications and the system operations of Sim Corp Dimension to provide convincing and timely solutions to our clients.
- Application Configuration maintenance and enhancement, and daily operations of the applications (including monitoring and troubleshooting)
- You will be required to be onsite at client (CBD). Weekend/Public holiday works are required on occasion. Working extended hours might also be required on occasion.
What we value:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, IT or other relevant degree.
- Knowledge and experience in financial industry and/or issues - theoretical as well as practical
- You are good at working on and prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time.
- Proactive nature, service-minded and a natural ability for problem solving, enthusiastic, committed, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a time-sensitive setting
- Good client communication and presentation skills including listening skills, and fluency in English (spoken and written)

Recruitment Process
1. Initial application (from 15 Oct to 15 Dec 2024): Submit your application to our Workday link
2. Assessment: Take the SHL assessments covering general ability, personality and a Hackerrank test focusing on basic Excel and scripting.
3. Interview: Participate in two rounds of interview with our business unites to assess your fit and potential
4. Offer: Successful candidates will receive a formal offer with the salary determined by interview and performance. Start date will be in January 2025
