Operations Executive

- Coordinate delivery routes for all delivery trucks servicing modern trade & retail outlets island wide
- Oversee and manage incoming indent shipments of air-freighted perishable products
- Process and handle daily returns of invoices from modern trade customers
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods onto delivery trucks and on-time delivery to the customers daily in a cost-effective manner
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage the logistics team in terms of scheduling working shift, coaching and providing necessary training and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, resolve operational issues and improve overall performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all operational activities
- Monitor and assist in managing current stock levels, generating reports to track inventory movement for the management

Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP S4 is a plus
- Ability to perform well under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
- Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
