Job Description
What You Will Learn:
- How to handle family law and divorce cases, from client consultations to drafting legal documents.
- Insights into estate disputes and managing related legal proceedings.
- Key considerations in cross-border legal disputes, particularly between China and Singapore.
- Practical experience in working with clients and understanding legal strategy.
- Exposure to real-life civil disputes and the steps to resolve them through litigation or mediation.
- Legal research skills and analysis of case law.
- Hands-on experience in family law, divorce, and estate dispute cases.
- Exposure to cross-border legal issues between China and Singapore.
- Opportunities to work on real cases involving complex civil disputes.
- Mentorship from experienced lawyers in a dynamic environment.
