Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, plating, and presenting classic French desserts to our standards. You’ll collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen, and ensure each dish is crafted to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present desserts with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.
- Collaborate on new pastry ideas and seasonal menu updates.
- Train junior staff and manage mise en place for pastry items.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques.
- Passionate about French cuisine and keen eye for detail.
- Culinary diploma in Pastry preferred.
- Daily staff meal.
