Location: Brasserie Gavroche, Singapore
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Brasserie Gavroche. You’ll be responsible for managing a specific station in our kitchen, preparing and cooking high-quality French cuisine, and ensuring consistency and presentation of each dish. This role requires attention to detail, passion for traditional French flavors, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

- Prepare and cook dishes according to Brasserie Gavroche’s standards
- Oversee a specific station, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with hygiene standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Passion for French cuisine
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
