Location: Brasserie Gavroche, Singapore
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Brasserie Gavroche. You’ll be responsible for managing a specific station in our kitchen, preparing and cooking high-quality French cuisine, and ensuring consistency and presentation of each dish. This role requires attention to detail, passion for traditional French flavors, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Brasserie Gavroche’s standards
• Oversee a specific station, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with hygiene standards
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Passion for French cuisine
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
