<Personal Assistant>
Our clients:
- Frequent travel to Southeast Asian countries, not based in Singapore (accommodation is provide)
- Flexible work schedule with 15 days of annual leave (aligning with employer's schedule)
- Salary: Up to $8,000 (competitive offers available)
Responsibilities:

• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
• Coordinate events/dinners and speaking engagements, including guest reception, food and lodging arrangements
• Manage household staff including chefs, drivers, and domestic helpers
• Purchase items according to the employer's personal preferences
• Draft and handle correspondence such as emails and letters
• Liaise with office staff at all levels to ensure smooth coordination
• Remind the employer of important tasks and deadlines
• Run errands as requested
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication and coordination skills
• Strong service orientation with high adaptability and attentive to the details
• Ability to be flexible and maintain a humble attitude
• Basic security awareness and capability
