We are looking for a personal assistant for our expanding organization, KNO Group. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with attractive pay and opportunities. Hybrid working environment.
Job Highlights: Flexible working hours
Job Description: The Personal Assistant will be highly involved in the sales, recruitment, and daily administration & operations of the team.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative/secretarial support (managing daily calendar & schedules, appointment scheduling, etc)
  • Assist in business development tasks & follow-up closely
  • Set priorities, monitor progress towards goals, and track details
  • Others duties as assigned Skills & Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline or A Levels certification
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork
  • Experience in the financial advisory industry is a bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour.
