Personal Assistant to the Director (No experience required)

Fluent in Mandarin for work related with the Clients.
Only Singaporeans.
Salary up to $4200
Permanent / Full time

• 5 day work week
• Mondays to Fridays (9-6pm)
• Multiple locations* More info to be shared during the interview.

Job Details:

• Provides the Director with a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support.
• Handle all private and confidential matters and documentation of the company and Director.
• Scheduling the company's internal/external conference meetings, travel itinerary and other activities.
• Manage and update the company's website, virtual platforms and social media account if required.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma attained from government Polytechnics /Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains confidentiality and possesses a sense of urgency.
• Only Singaporean.
