PMO Manager
GCI are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join our team in Singapore on a full time, permanent basis.
Applicants must have:

• Eligibility to live and work in Singapore.
• Experience working in a PMO environment both as a PMO team member and PMO Manager.
• Minimum of 8 years work experience within the banking sector with a strong understanding of core banking, including experience of the Temenos T24/Transact core banking system.
• Experience managing a project from end-to-end as a PMO Manager, including hands-on skills in progress tracking, work break down structure, risk and issues tracking and mitigation, resource management, and budget management.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management.
• A technology background
• Strong organisational and clear communication skills.

As the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The day-to-day management of the project management office (PMO).
• Overseeing the PMO's activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Tracking the project’s progress, as well as tracking risk, issues, and mitigation.
• Resource management.
• Budget management.
