Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of SIA’s Pricing & Merchandising Department (PMD) in Sales & Marketing Division.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support administrative and operational functions in pricing:

• Support data and report generation for Pricing Analysts and Pricing Managers with canned report from various systems, platforms, and dashboards.
• Provides basic admin support to maintain Tableau dashboards used by the department.
• Perform system administrator duties for PMD owned systems.
• Ensures knowledge retention for the department by maintaining Pricing related knowledge database in Microsoft Teams.
• Assist and guide stations users on the functions in fare management system (SQFS).
• Maintain and monitor policy/fare exceptions approved by PMD and ensure compliance in timely reviews.
• Monitor and tracking interline through fares creation by the department and stations
• Monitor and track changes in Interline Agreements (ITAs) or Special Prorate Agreements (SPAs) that impact global interline products.
• Support and perform User Acceptance Testing for related company and divisional projects.

2. Fare filing:

• Perform pricing actions via Merchandising Platform (AAM) to support Head Office driven initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting of fare filing and pricing issues.

3. Any other administrative duties required to support the activities of the department.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and/or airline ticketing and reservations is preferred
• Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details
• Able to work both independently and as a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
