Team Introduction
The Product Strategy & Operations team is part of the Tik Tok Global Monetization Product & Technology organization and holds a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, such as e Commerce, Retail, Travel, Media & Entertainment, etc, to make Tik Tok the most immersive and frictionless advertising experience for consumers to discover and purchase products, content and services, and for advertisers to generate and capture new and existing demand at the point of discovery. We are on the critical path to delivering Tik Tok's Ads revenue and working on building the next-generation performance ads solution for Tik Tok.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to identify business and market trends. Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
• Data Interpretation and Strategy Development: Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive go-to-market strategies
• Collaboration with PSO to understand their data and reporting needs. Ensure that BI solutions align with business objectives.
• Data Quality and Management: Oversee the data collection, storage, and retrieval processes. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Project Management: Lead BI projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure that projects meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
• Tool and Technology Proficiency: Use BI tools (like Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and database languages (like SQL) to create and manage BI solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on new reports and dashboards. Foster a data-driven culture within the organization

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business insights development, and working across global teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with interest and proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-functional environment, and manage a high-volume workload efficiently.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership, who can develop and lead a new initiative from the ground up; thrive in ambiguity.
