Job Description:
Work with the product delivery committee in rolling out new products
- Represent New Business/Policy servicing team in product meetings with the team manager.
- Work with New Business/Policy servicing teams in coming up with business requirements for submission to product delivery committee to ensure that operational requirements are catered for.
- Work with technology team on UAT test plans and UAT output review and sign off.
- Prepare and conduct training on the new products for New Business/Policy servicing teams.
- Monitor post implementation progress to ensure smooth product roll out Document business/handling rules of products launched in the existing SOP/User guides.

- Keen learner and able to work independently
- Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, able to process requests with accuracy and meet service standards
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possesses a digital mindset. Able to appreciate and apply digital tools to processes for efficiency.
- Able to perform under tight timelines and pressure.
- Courageous in speaking up in meetings/discussions.
- Knowledge on Life, ILP and Term insurance plans.
- Experienced in UAT testing
- Knowledge across New Business/ Policy Services functions preferred.
- Experienced in product development process
- Degree holder
