Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 6 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, My SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  
• 6 years of experience working with systems design and product design.
  
• 6 years of experience in product or program management.
  
• Experience with Google Ads products.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (e.g.,Scrum Master or Product Owner Certified).
  
• 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  
• 8 years of experience in operations management (e.g.,process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
• Experience in digital marketing, e Commerce, or Marketing Automation.
• Experience with UX design, web technologies (e.g.,object-oriented Java Script, HTML, CSS), scripting languages (e.g.,Python, Ruby), and API/back-end code in one of the following languages (e.g.,Ruby, Java, or Python).
