Job Overview:
Tessaract is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our enterprise Saa S platform. This role requires a deep operational understanding of Saa S products, enterprise customers, and users, combined with strong expertise in managing product roadmaps and development sprints. You will drive the product vision, from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs across global markets.


Key Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap Management

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Tessaract’s Saa S platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Prioritise features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and development resource availability.
• Manage product sprints in collaboration with the engineering team, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

Enterprise Saa S Expertise

• Develop a deep understanding of the operational workflows, customer segments, and pain points within professional service organisations using enterprise Saa S.
• Engage with users and stakeholders across multiple geographies (Singapore, UK) to capture requirements and translate them into actionable product features.

Customer and User Focus

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities for improving user experience, increasing adoption, and driving engagement.
• Conduct regular customer discovery sessions to gather qualitative insights and ensure the product continues to meet the evolving needs of enterprise users.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Utilise both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and measure product success.
• Regularly analyse product performance, user metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration Across Teams

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support product integrations and third-party solutions.

Security and Compliance

• Ensure the product adheres to global data protection standards and security best practices, especially when dealing with enterprise clients in regulated industries.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on enterprise Saa S solutions.
• Strong operational understanding of enterprise Saa S customers and users, including workflow management, data integration, and security requirements.
• Proven experience in managing product roadmaps and leading development sprints using agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams around product goals.
• Experience working with customers and teams across multiple regions (e.g., Singapore, UK, USA).
• Proficiency in using data to drive product decisions and measure success.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Experience with Saa S integrations and API management.
• Experience in handling customer and user-facing interfaces, especially in the legal, accounting, or professional services sector.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) in a Saa S environment.
